Description
NO 1st time travelers, must have completed at least '1' travel contract in previous 12 mos.
Equipment experience: Impella [highly preferred]
Additional Equipment experience: Acist Injector, iFR, IVUS [highly preferred]
Proficient with fluoroscopy [required]
Proficiency and comfort in: peripheral and coronary angio cases [required]
Proficiency and comfort in: PCI & pacemaker procedures [required]
Iowa Radiology license [highly preferred] -- will accept non licensed applicants; must apply for license at offer acceptance
ARRT or RCIS certificate [required] [document]
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current Cardiac Cath experience [required]
Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (Cardiac Cath) – [required]
active Iowa Radiology license at time of submission – [highly preferred] [document] -- can apply at time of acceptance
Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]
Driver’s License [document] [required]
AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS ACLS; advance cardiac life support – [document] [required]
AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS; basic life support – [document] [required]
