Unit staffing description- 10 OT/PT teams; 3 speech therapists; 1 tech

Type of equipment :
Sara Lifts, Ceiling Lifts; Bioness; Diego

Documentation system: Meditech Expanse

Scheduling requirements: M-F; 8 hour shifts between 7am-5pm; weekends rotate

Floating policy: May float to acute hospital if rehab census is low

Patient Experience requirements: Use of AIDET communication and immediate service recovery
