Cath Lab Tech DO NOT SUB WITHOUT CATH LAB EXPERIENCE Very busy lab, must be willing to stay until all cases are completed, take call and flexible scheduling.3x12hr DAYS 0830-2030Weekend Shifts/Month: 1 weekend Friday eve-Monday AM every 4-5 weeksCALL REQUIREMENTS: Call is 2 weekday nights from 7pm to 630am and weekend call every 4-5 weeks starting Friday 7p to Monday am at 630am. We have 2 call teams and they rotate every 12 hours from 1st to 2nd call, so they are not on primary call the entire weekend. They may also have a holiday if it falls on their schedule. There is no CB minimum at CAMC. Average Daily Census: 35-45Staffing Ratios: 1:1 CERTS REQUIRED: BLS; ACLS; ARRT(BD) and ARRT(R) Years of experience REQ: 1 Year minimum - have to be competent in all aspects of Cath Lab Diagnostic and Intervention including StructuralFirst-timers accepted: No - experience needed. our lab is too busy for first time travelers, need experience traveling and in the lab w/all proceduresPatient Diagnoses: Adult cardiology and structural cardiology.Special Procedures/Unit Details: LHC, RHC, PCI, CTO, Impella, IABP, ECMO, TPM, shock wave, IVUS, Pneumbra, TAVR, Watchman, etc. (Mitral and Tricuspid valve-strats Oct time frame)Special Equipment: Cerner-EHR; rad equipment is Siemens Artiz Z & Q; Impella; IABP; Philips Volcano IVUS, BSC IVUS; CTO-abbott; ShockwaveFloating Req to Sister Facilities: (Y/N): No100mi. Required certifications must be listed on the application at time of submittal. BLS, ACLS, and PALS (if required by the unit) must be through the American Heart Association (AHA). Previous probationary actions on a license will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Former permanent employees must wait 2 years from last permanent employment date before returning as a traveler. Current Vandalia Health System employees (perm, PRN, etc.) are not eligible for travel contracts within the health system. Includes: CAMC Health Systems, Mon Health Systems, Davis Medical Center, Broaddus Hospital, Webster Memorial Hospital, Grafton City Hospital, Highland-Clarksburg Hospital, and Minnie Hamilton Health System.
