Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes; Mileage paid
Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? No; 75 miles
Pending State License accepted: (Y/N) Yes; Must obtain prior to starting
RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included on the initial submission. RTO requested after the fact will not be considered.
Guaranteed Hours: Based on hours signed
Note: Will accept if has previous Home Health experience
