Ohio license MUST be in hand at time of submittal!
Weekends as needed; May float as needed to CCF facilities

*TWO references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. Please no co-worker references, these will not be considered, and profile will be rejected.
References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months.
*Required certs need to be ACTIVE - nothing pending.

Background hits of any kind will be reviewed by the facility. Facility does not accept any license hits.
Smoke Free Facility-MUST BE NICOTINE FREE- No Exceptions!
-Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually.
Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date.
IMPORTANT - BCI/FBI prints are time Sensitive
- Must completed within 48 Hours of signing contract.
Extensions: Candidates may extend with client for a period of 18 months; after which a 6 month break is required. Client may choose to defer the required 6 month break on a case by case basis.
