Description
Job title- Medical Lab Technician
Our Blood Bank performs antibody screens in solid phase/ tube testing,
forward and reverse group testing, DATs, Elutions, complex antibody
workups, antibody titers, capture- P testing, support for massive
transfusion protocols, inventory management, quality control on
equipment and reagents, component manipulation such as irradiation and
divisions, support for neonatal transfusion, fetal maternal hemorrhage
screens, dispense and issuing of blood components, antigen typing, and
electronic and tube crossmatches.
