Description
Shift: 5x8 Days (0730-1600)
Ratios: 1:2 for day shift. 6 room unit.
Years of experience REQ: Minimum 1 year experience
First-timers accepted: Yes- With adequate experience.
Weekend REQ: No.
Certs REQ: BLS and ACLS required.
Is on-call REQ? Yes- RNs cover call approximately once a week and then every 10th weekend.
Weekly Call: Monday-Thursday call will end at 1900
Friday, Saturday and Sundays will be 24hr calls each day
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No.
Open to accommodating block schedule? Discuss schedule requests with manager.
Locals accepted: Yes- no radius.
Must have active IL license in hand to apply.
RTO Restrictions: Discuss time off requests with manager.
Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours. If Client cancels more hours than permitted by this section, Client will be billed for any shifts or portions thereof cancelled in excess of this section. If Candidates are placed on-call in lieu of being called off, that will count as a called-off shift.
Special Requirements: Required Work Setting Skills/Experience: Pre/Post Procedure, Inpatient. Required Pre-Procedure Skills/Experience: Starting IVs. Required Post-Procedure Skills/Experience: Airway management, Recover conscious sedation, Recover monitored anesthesia care sedation. Required Procedure Skills/Experience: Bronchoscopy, Circulate, Colonoscopy, Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD). Required Professional Knowledge and Skills: Specimen Handling/labeling.
