As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional/clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.

The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

NBO: 16 hrs
EMR: EPIC
OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
On Call: $9/hr
Charge/Precept: $6/hr

Billable OT:

36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48

ORIENTATION SCHEDULE
Every Monday

Submission Requirements

2 years of previous experience [required]
At least 1 travel contract completed [prefered]
IA state license [required]
Draeger or GE ventilator experience [required]
HFOV [required]
May float to PICU NICU - Experience [required]

· Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year of submission date) [required]

· License verification [required]

· Copy of required certifications

· References - 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission [required]

**Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility. **

Unless Madison where they will accept local with a 10% rate reduction.
