Shift: Days / 8:30a-4:30p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, Mon-Friday, and every other weekend availability

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

OK is part of the PT compact privilege states
1 Year inpatient rehab or acute experience
Crisis Prevention training (TEAM) required within 6 months of hire (PRN-N/A)
Degree in Physical Therapy
Primary Source On-Line Verification
BLS
First Aid certification preferred
