Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Physical Therapist

Shift: Days / 8:30a-5p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

CT License
2+ years experience
BLS
Home care experience preferred
Working knowledge of Home Care Home Base (HCHB) EMR software preferred

Home health PT
Approximately 6 patient visits per day
