Shift: Days / 7a-3p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:

NY License
1 Year Experience
BLS

Other Details:

Setting: Primary outpatient, inpatient acute/swing-bed rehab coverage on a less frequent basis
Patient Population & Case Types: -Outpatient: General orthopedics and practice PT (highest case mix includes shoulder, back, hip, and knee diagnoses), falls/balance referrals, neurological diagnoses -Inpatient: Critical-access hospital with a small swing-bed rehab unit (approximately 15 patients), diagnoses include orthopedic injuries, post-surgical recovery, and general illness rehabilitation post-acute stay
