Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Ultrasound Tech

Shift: Days / 8:45a-5:15p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, typically Mon- Fri, days with some evenings as needed

Length: 26 weeks

Weekend Requirements: as needed- part of ongoing schedule
Holiday Requirements: as needed- may be scheduled up to every holiday
On-Call Requirements: Once a week beginning at 0600-0600 the following the day (24 hrs) and every 6th Saturday or Sunday 0600-0600 the following day for call (24hrs). In addition, traveler could be placed on-call for other variable shifts on other off days or call shifts needed to help fill in for PTO.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of total experience as Ultrasound Tech including recent inpatient and ED setting experience
• Experience with OB and general scans
• Must have experience with order review in outpatient setting and helping with protocols
• BLS
• ARDMS or ARRT - Ultrasound
• Experience with ultrasound procedure scans highly preferred
• Vascular (for venous studies), and neonatal head and hip experience preferred
• Travel experience preferred

Other Details:

• May float between inpatient and outpatient
• Traveler's permanent address must be 50+ miles outside of Fairbanks
