Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Physical Therapist

Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, M-F

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• NV License
• 1 Year inpatient rehab or acute experience
• Must have inpatient rehab experience
• Degree in Physical Therapy
• Crisis Prevention training (TEAM) required within 6 months of hire (PRN-N/A)
• Primary Source On-Line Verification
• BLS
• First Aid certification preferred
