Requirements:

FL License
2 years of experience
Either Hermann & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification or APTA Board Certification in Pelvic & Womens Health
BLS
Preferred experience in Evaluation and Treatment of Pelvic Rehab for Urinary Incontinence, Fecal Incontinence and Pelvic Pain for Men
