Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, M-F, no on call or weekends

Requirements:
- WV is part of the PT compact privilege states
- 1 Year Experience
- BLS
- Preferred Skills: Home Health experience with OASIS, HCHB experience
