Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Physical Therapist - Home Health
Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, M-F
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- DE is part of the PT compact privilege states
- 1 Year Experience
- Home health and HCHB Experience
- BLS
- 2-3 years of physical therapy experience preferred
Other Details:
- EMR systems will the consultant be using: HCHB
