Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Physical Therapist/Rehab Services - Outpatient
Shift: Days / 7:30a-5:30p, 10x4, 40 hrs/week
Length: 13 Weeks
Dept Hours: Monday-Thursday, 7:30am-7pm and Fridays 7:30am-4:30pm. Two 10:30am-7pm shifts required, no weekends or on-call. Minor holidays are required.
Requirements:
- Active PT License
- 2 years' experience in Outpatient PT
- AHA BLS
- OCS preferred
Other Details:
- EMR: EPIC
- General Ortho, post-op (shoulder/hip/knee), sports medicine, spine, potentially some vestibular
- Scrubs: any color
- Locals are accepted (75 miles or less)
- Covid Vaccine- Medical and religious declinations are allowed
