Shift: Days, 9a-5:30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week, No Weekend and On-call
Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• MI license
• 1 Year of experience
• PT Experience required
• Outpatient Experience required
• AHA BLS

• Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 100-mile radius restriction)
