Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, M-F, weekend rotation (at least 1 every 6)

Length: 12 weeks

Weekend : Rotation every 6th weekend. Full day Saturday 8-430, on call Sunday for NPO strokes
Is on-call - Rotation

Requirements:

• MO license
• 2 years experience
• Skills include: Bedside speech and swallow evaluations, Modified Barium Swallow study experience
• Special Requirements: Acute care, CVA, Dysarthria, Dysphagia, bedside swallow eval, compensatory strategies, conducting modified barium swallow studies, interpreting modified barium swallow studies, modifying diet orders, thickening agents, discharge, evaluation, Medicaid, Medicare, Plan of care, reassessments, slp eval coding
• BLS
• Charting - Epic
