- Level II or I - Trauma level experience - [REQUIRED]

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Michigan
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Active at the time of submission
Weekend Requirements : Every Other Weekend
On Call Requirements : No Call
