Job Summary (List Format):

- Targeted patient ratios: 1:4 (can be up to 1:5-6)
- Shift options: 36 or 48 hours per week
- For 48-hour contract: Overtime paid after 48 hours
- Required EMR: EPIC experience mandatory
- Mandatory certifications and skills:
- Must pass online EKG telemetry competency assessment before starting
- Experience with stable chronic ventilators required
- BLS, ACLS, NIH required; IV Start preferred
- Minimum 1.5 years experience; Level 1 or 2 experience preferred
- Travel experience preferred
- Floating requirements:
- First to float as needed, at facility's discretion
- May float in/out of specialty clusters
- Assignments will match medical appropriateness or support nursing care team
- Possible float locations: Main Campus (Dayton), South Campus (Centerville, <10 miles), North Campus (Englewood, <15 miles)
- Scheduling requirements:
- Must be available to work every other weekend and holiday
- Facility may cancel up to 2 shifts per 13-week contract due to low census
- Facility may cancel contract with 2 weeks’ notice without penalty
- Not eligible for Premier Health employee incentives
- RTO (Requested Time Off) policy:
- Must request RTO with initial submission; no additional RTO after offer
- Approval of RTO at manager’s discretion
- Submission must include application and current Nursys report; other certs not needed if listed on application
