Description
Shift Notes: 7P - 7:30A/36 hours scheduled/24 hours guaranteed/Banner is allowed to cancel 1 shift per week/Must be willing to float to similar units or sister sites, if any 3x12 Nights Submission Requirements · Must have a minimum of 24 months CVICU experience (with recent experience in last 12 months) - [REQUIRED]
· Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI - [REQUIRED]
· No hits on state license to practice - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
· RTO cannot exceed 7 days, No RTO during the first week of assignment - [REQUIRED]
· Candidate driver’s license to verify residency - [REQUIRED]
· Travel experience - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
