Job Summary (List Format):

- Location: Massachusetts
- Assignment Options: Accepts 48-hour contracts and 26-week assignments
- Unit: Large, high-acuity Emergency Room (ER) with 118 beds (Level 1 trauma experience required)
- Patient Population: Highly diverse, including behavioral health, boarding patients, emergency/trauma, and critically ill/ICU-level cases
- Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: Typically 1:5 to 1:6
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department (ED) or ICU experience, post-orientation
- Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, TNCC
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- On-Call Requirements: None
- Weekend/Holiday Needs: Highest need for Friday and Sunday night shifts
- Key Skills: Strong critical care skills, adaptability, and ability to manage complex/unstable patients in a fast-paced environment
