Shift: 3x12s, Afternoon, 1:00 PM - 1:30 PM Requirement description : ·         Must have a minimum of 24 months ER experience (with recent experience in last 12 months) - [REQUIRED] ·         Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI - [REQUIRED]
·         No hits on state license to practice - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
·         Travel experience - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
·         Active license to practice—verified in last 30 days [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
·         Active ACLS certification from approved vendor [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
·         Active BLS certification from approved vendor [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
·         Active PALS certification from approved vendor [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
·         Active TNCC certification from approved vendor [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
·         Driver's License [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
