Description

Job Summary (List Format):

- Position: Inpatient Renal Registered Nurse (RN)
- Schedule: 3x12 hour shifts, Days (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM), Friday to Sunday
- Rotation: Every other weekend (EOW), holidays as needed
- On-Call: No call required
- Floating: May be required to float if needed
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years RN experience; no first-time travelers
- Certifications Required: BLS and ACLS
- Patient Population: Chronic Kidney Disease, Acute Kidney Injury, End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD), and general Medical-Surgical patients
- Telemetry Experience: Required
- Nurse-Patient Ratio: 1:4-5
- EMR Experience: EPIC required
- Other Requirements: Must pass EKG exam (Pass/Fail) for all RNs

- Attendance: Zero-tolerance policy for tardiness/unexcused absences; flexibility with scheduling required
