Job Summary (List Format):

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of patient care within RN scope of practice.
- Educate patients based on individual needs.
- Transcribe, utilize, and implement protocols and physician orders.
- Coordinate healthcare team efforts and delegate tasks to ancillary personnel.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Previous hospital experience preferred.
- Must hold a current, valid RN license in Wyoming and be in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
- Must have current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain within 60 days of hire, and maintain throughout employment.
- Must have current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or obtain within six months if taking call or administering conscious sedation; must maintain throughout employment.
- CNOR certification preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Complete required CEUs annually.
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills (friendly, tactful, patient, empathetic, professional).
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing with staff, managers, and the public.
- Demonstrate effective listening skills.
- Possess strong organizational and time management abilities; prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Work effectively without immediate supervision.
- Ability to learn new computer software programs.
- Recognize and protect confidential information.
- Uphold ethical and legal accountability in the role.

- Rotating shift schedule.
- Specialty areas may include CT Technologist, Operating Room/Circulate, Radiologic Technologist.
