Description

Job Summary (List Format):

- Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Telemetry/PCU Local RN's welcomed to receive Stipend must travel 50+ miles from home.
- Shift: 3x12 hour shifts, Days (7:00 am – 7:30 pm)
- Schedule: Weekend and holiday rotation required
- Call: No on-call requirement
- Floating: Must be willing to float to all Cone Health campuses as needed
- Experience: Minimum 2 years required; first-time travelers accepted
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH mandatory
- Clinical Skills:
- Cardiac telemetry experience required
- Management and interpretation of dysrhythmias
- Peripheral line care/management
- PICC line management
- Ability to titrate drips
- Experience managing PCU ratios (1:5)
- Compliance:
- Must complete compliance by specified deadline (Wednesday prior to start date, 12 Noon EST)
- Must pass EKG exam regardless of specialty
- Attendance:
- Zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences
- Other:
- Flexibility with scheduling required
- No barriers to compliance (e.g., vacations)
