• Number of Beds -408 Bed Hospital - Main OR = 14 ORs (1 Hybrid CV OR, 1 Cysto, 12 multipurpose ORs)

• Number of Staff - 60 FTEs

• Type of staff: OR RN, CST, PCT, Anesthesia Tech, Service Line Lead RN, Tech Service Line Coordinator, Clinical Charge RN, Director, VP

• Day Shift - 14-16 RNs, 14-16 CSTs, Clinical Charge RN x2,

• Night Shift - Clinical Charge RN, OR RN x1, CST x 1 with call teams for Neuro, CVOR, and General

• Patient Ratios - 1:1

• Type of equipment - Standard OR Equipment, Stryker Video systems,

• EMR - Meditech

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Minimum of 1-year current hospital acute care experience

• BLS & ACLS

Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Circulate and scrubbing experience

• Meditech experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• Angioplasty, appendectomy, biopsy and ortho/spine

• No transplant procedures

Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.

• On-Call is 5P -7P 1 day a week and weekend on-call is once every 6 weeks if the SSC Ortho doctor is on-call.
