- Provide nursing care to mothers and newborns throughout prepartum, labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.<br />
- Assist with labor and delivery procedures as part of the OB/L&amp;D team.<br />
- Monitor, assess, and document maternal and fetal well-being.<br />
- Educate and support mothers and families during childbirth and postpartum recovery.<br />
- Flexibly float to care for Med Surg patients when there are no OB/L&amp;D patients.<br />
- Work in an environment with an average of 15 births per month.<br />
- Wear scrubs of any color as per hospital policy.
