Description

Job Summary (List Format):

Verifies and fills medication orders accurately.
Monitors patient medication therapies for effectiveness and safety.
Provides drug information and answers medication-related questions.
Identifies and troubleshoots potential medication safety hazards.
Documents all interactions and interventions for medical review.
Supervises and directs support personnel in the pharmacy.
Processes, enters, verifies, and distributes medication orders in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines. Ensures timely delivery of medications within the institution.
Adheres to all relevant department, hospital, and regulatory (e.g., Joint Commission) standards.

Med Ninjas Job ID #14903. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
