Job Summary (RN Supervisor) — List Format:

- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to deliver effective patient care.
- Monitor patient care activities to maintain nursing standards.
- Assign and manage daily staffing based on patient needs and facility requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing team members, including RNs, LPNs/LVNs, and CNAs.
- Oversee and coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Communicate with physicians, patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Ensure safe administration of medications, treatments, and nursing procedures according to protocols.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and nursing records.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient conditions.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
- Assist with staff training, education, competency assessments, and performance monitoring.
