<b>Job Summary :</b><br />

- Makes appropriate assignments and delegates tasks to other care providers to effectively manage clinical situations.<br />
- Assesses learning needs and educates patients, families, and caregivers, identifying issues and resources as necessary.<br />
- Participates in orientation, residency, and competency validation programs for newly hired or newly licensed RNs.<br />
- Completes all required annual competency verifications and ongoing training.<br />
- Preferred qualifications include a BSN, one year of nursing specialty experience, and required BLS and ACLS certifications.

- Required Telemetry and Med Surg experience as well.<br />
- Must hold a current RN license in Texas or a compact state.<br />
- Scheduled work hours are 7PM to 7AM.
