Job Summary (List Format):

- Member of an interdisciplinary healthcare team, providing and managing patient care.
- May be required to float within same discipline across local campuses.
- Orientation offered on specified dates (8/24, 9/8).
- Uses EPIC EMR system.
- New graduates accepted; prior travel contract preferred.
- Required to work 1-2 of 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day).
- Must have experience with specific drips: heparin, cardizem, nitro, non-DKA insulin, amiodarone.
- Must not have been employed by UnityPoint in the last 12 months.
- Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility.
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS.
- Required licenses: Illinois (at time of offer), Iowa (prior to start); must be willing to float.
- Submission must include driver’s license, resume, recent skills checklist, license verification, required certifications, and at least one supervisory reference.
- Compensation includes OT/Holiday (1.15x), Call Back (1.5x with 2 hr minimum), On Call ($9/hr), Charge/Precept ($6/hr).
- OT billable after 40 hrs/week (36-40 hr schedule) or 48 hrs/week (48 hr schedule).
- Facilities include multiple trauma centers (levels 1-4) in the Quad Cities region.
