Job Summary (US Tech - DI): 
 
- Schedule: 3 shifts of 12 hours each per week; 50% on-call requirement per pay period 
- Shift Details: Varied shifts, rotating weekends, on-call (details to be discussed in interview) 
- Certifications Required: ARDMS (AB-OB/GYN) and AHA BLS at time of submission 
- Experience: Must have successfully completed at least 2 travel contracts (no first-time travelers) 
- Drug Screen: On-site drug screening required as part of compliance/FDI process 
- EMR System: Meditech 
- Housing: Candidate responsible for securing housing; housing availability may be limited 
- Distance Requirement: Must live over 45 miles from the facility 
- Cancellation Policy: Facility may cancel 1 shift every 2 weeks 
- Other: On-call requirements, drug screening, and other compliance items to be discussed in the interview
