Description

Job Summary for RN Endoscopy:-

Assess patients and identify nursing diagnoses and care needs.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Provide safe, knowledgeable, and compassionate nursing care.
Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergencies.
Accurately document patient information in a timely and confidential manner.
Educate patients and families about care and health needs.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members.
Adhere to hospital, nursing, and unit policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Prioritize patient care and utilize resources efficiently.
Participate in staff education, professional development, and quality improvement initiatives.
Demonstrate accountability, ethical practice, effective communication, and respect for patient rights.
Report to the Unit Director.
Hold a current Registered Nurse license and meet unit-specific qualifications/experience.

Med Ninjas Job ID #15465. Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
