Gross Pay- 2,855/week  

Requirements-

	<li>Minimum 2 years of recent experience as RN SNF</li>
	<li>NY State License</li>
	<li>BLS</li>
</ul>

Responsibilities-

<ul>
	<li>Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting</li>
	<li>Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans</li>
	<li>Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians</li>
	<li>Monitor and document residents’ conditions and report changes to healthcare team</li>
	<li>Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals</li>
	<li>Supervise and direct nursing assistants and support staff</li>
	<li>Educate residents and families on health conditions and care procedures</li>
	<li>Ensure compliance with facility policies, state, and federal regulations</li>
	<li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided</li>
