Description

Job Summary:

Position: Labor & Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurse
Experience Required: 4-5 years of recent L&D experience; prior travel RN experience required Licensure: Active NY RN license and all other RN licenses; verification required
Certifications: Current AHA ACLS, BLS, NRP
Skills Checklist: Must match L&D specialty
EMR Experience: Proficiency with EPIC/Stork required
Shift: 12-hour variable shifts; must be open to working both days and nights
Floating: Required as needed
Scrub Color: Ceil Blue
Unit Details:
Common diagnoses: Obstetrics (ante-partum, intra-partum, post-partum), GYN, newborns
Specialty equipment: OBIX (integrated with Stork EMR)
Patient population: Pregnant patients and newborns
Unit size: 18 beds (3 triage, 2 antepartum, 2 ORs for c-sections, 3 recovery, 8 L&D beds)

Med Ninjas Job ID #15521. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
