Job Summary (List Format): 
 
- Provide nursing care for children and adolescents (ages 5-18) experiencing acute mental health crises 
- Work 36 or 48 hours per week, with rotating day/evening/night shifts, including weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed 
- Participate in the stabilization of patients through group therapy (Activities Therapy, Mindfulness, Wellness, Coping Skills) and psychopharmacological interventions 
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve patient goals and ensure safe, effective, and therapeutic care 
- Maintain required credentials, including NYS RN License and BLS (AHA only) 
- Apply at least 2 years of pediatric mental health experience to clinical practice 
- Preferred qualifications include CPI blue card and experience in a large, academic medical center
