Description

Job summary-

- Provide direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) unit
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Monitor and document patient symptoms and progress
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and post-discharge care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Support and mentor less experienced nursing staff
- Requires an active RN license and at least 2 years of recent Med Surg experience

Med Ninjas Job ID #15820. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
