Job Summary: RN - Interventional Radiology at Emory Saint Joseph's Hospital

- Provide direct and indirect patient care in the Interventional Radiology (IR) department.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients undergoing IR procedures.
- Monitor and manage patients’ conditions before, during, and after invasive and non-invasive radiological procedures.
- Administer medications, contrast agents, and sedation as ordered by physicians.
- Assist radiologists and other physicians during interventional procedures, ensuring sterile technique and patient safety.
- Educate patients and families regarding procedures, expected outcomes, and post-procedure care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, technologists, and support staff, to deliver coordinated patient care.

Med Ninjas Job ID #15910. Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
