Description

Job Summary (List Format):

- Position: RN – Infusion Center (Outpatient, 65-chair facility)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Location Restriction: No local candidates within 50 miles
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years recent experience in Infusion/Chemotherapy specialty
- Certifications Required:
- AHA BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Chemo experience required
- ONS (Oncology Nursing Society) certification preferred
- Key Responsibilities:
- Administer chemotherapy and hazardous drugs
- Central line care and management
- Implanted port access
- Blood product administration
- Peripheral IV placement
- Equipment Used:
- Plum IV Pump
- CADD Pump
- Dinamap
- Compliance:
- All compliance requirements due the Wednesday before start date
- Badge Photo: Required before start date
- EMR System: Cerner experience preferred
- Patient Population: Varied, receiving intravenous treatments
- Special Procedures: Chemotherapy, hazardous drug administration, blood transfusions
- Work Environment: Large, outpatient infusion center

Med Ninjas Job ID #16487. Pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
