- Start Date: ASAP 
- First Time Traveler: Accepted only with 3+ years experience 
- Weekend Requirement: None 
- Patient Ratios/Visits/Rooms: Not applicable 
- Experience Required: Minimum 3 years (strict requirement) 
- Floating: Required to float between preop, phase II PACU, and sister ministries (Santa Rosa or Healdsburg) with at least 24 hours notice 
- Call Requirement: 3 call shifts in a 2-week period 
- License Requirement: Active California CLS license required (must be in hand; no pending licenses accepted) 
- Time Off Restrictions: No more than 7 days of requested time off 
- Facility Type: Preop and phase II PACU 
- Uniform: Scrubs provided
