Description

LPN – Long-Term Care (LTC) | Travel Contract

Position: LPN/LVN
Specialty: Long-Term Care (LTC)
Assignment: Travel Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP

Job Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care/SNF setting.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the RN or provider.
Perform nursing assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
Assist with ADLs and provide compassionate resident care.
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Follow infection-control, safety, and facility policies.
Respond appropriately to changes in residents’ conditions and emergencies.

Requirements

Active LPN/LVN license in the applicable state.
AHA BLS certification.
Recent LTC/SNF experience preferred or required based on facility.
Strong communication and clinical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Med Ninjas Job ID #16566. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
