Description

Job Summary:

Shift: 11am-11pm; every other weekend and holidays required; 36 or 48 hours per week; block shifts (Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon) possible
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Certifications Required: AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC
License: Active AL or Compact RN license (no temporary licenses)
Experience: Minimum 2 years (may consider 18 months with 1 year in specialty); must have ASN degree
Unit Details:
Emergency Department
54-bed, Level III Trauma Center, Level II Stroke Center
Staffed 24/7 by multidisciplinary team
Treats 60,000+ patients/year
Patient Ratios: 1:1 for critical/trauma; 1:3-4 for other patients
Floating: Must be willing to float to other units and hospitals
Charting System: Meditech

Med Ninjas Job ID #16617. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
