Job Summary (List Format): 
 
- Work in a hospital with an average daily census of 550 patients and 528 beds 
- Locals accepted if residing more than 75 miles away 
- No floating required 
- Weekend coverage required every other weekend (EOW) 
- Responsible for entire hospital, supporting staffing needs, staff management, and addressing patient and visitor needs in real time 
- Mitigate risk and support bed placement, patient movement, and throughput 
- Support key initiatives, such as bedside handoffs 
- Work 12-hour shifts: 3pm-7am Monday to Friday; 24-hour coverage required on weekends and holidays 
- BLS and NIHSS certifications required 
- Previous charge experience required 
- Proficiency in EPIC electronic medical record system required 
- Unit does not accept first-time travelers
