Roles &amp; Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical patients.</li>
	<li>Assess patients, monitor vital signs, and evaluate changes in condition.</li>
	<li>Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.</li>
	<li>Maintain accurate patient documentation in EPIC.</li>
	<li>Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.</li>
	<li>Ensure patient safety and follow established clinical protocols.</li>
