Description

Job Summary (List Format):

- Position/Specialty: Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Rehab
- Shift: 4x10 hour shifts (6:45am–5:00pm); Flexible—can be 8 or 10 hour shifts
- Schedule: No weekends; block scheduling and time off requests to be discussed with manager
- Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of PT experience; first-time travelers accepted
- Certifications Required: BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Locals Accepted: Yes, no radius restriction
- Guaranteed Hours: Up to 36 hours may be cancelled by client per 13-week assignment without pay; excess cancellations are billable
- Call-Off/On-Call Policy: Being placed on-call instead of being called off counts as a called-off shift
- Facility Type: Critical Access Hospital
