- Position: Physical Therapist (PT) 
- Start Date: November 2nd (11/2) 
- Setting: Combination of Outpatient (majority) and Inpatient 
- Schedule: Four 10-hour days per week; Tuesdays off (non-negotiable) 
- Caseload: Primarily outpatient 
- Pelvic Floor Training: Preferred but not required; training opportunities available 
- Licensure: Oregon license required; compact license eligible candidates accepted. If not licensed, must apply immediately upon contract acceptance. 
- Holiday Hours: Hours NOT guaranteed during Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s weeks 
- Team Environment: Supportive, successful, and highly collaborative department 
- Long-Term Opportunity: Open to candidates interested in relocating/making Oregon their home
