Job Summary (Physical Therapist – Avir Health Group, Texas) 
 
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with movement dysfunctions, pain, or limitations due to injury, illness, or disability 
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other evidence-based techniques 
- Restore physical function, manage pain, and improve patients’ overall quality of life 
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention, wellness strategies, and home exercise programs 
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care 
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes 
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive, home-like rehabilitative setting 
- Encourage, motivate, and support patients through their recovery journey 
- Adhere to state licensing requirements (Texas or compact license required) 
- Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required
