Job Summary (List Format):

- Experience & References:
- 5 years current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) experience required – NON-NEGOTIABLE
- 2 recent supervisory signed references required – NON-NEGOTIABLE
- References must be called and verified by agency employer

- Skills & Duties:
- Must be proficient in the following specialties/procedures: General, GYN, Vascular, Thoracic, Ortho (including total joints), Neuro (head and spine), Trauma
- Preferred experience: C-sections, ENT, Plastics, DaVinci Robot
- Must be able to precept (teach/mentor others)
- Must take call; block scheduling and shift accommodation requests are NOT available
- Must be willing and able to work holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s – specified blocks)
- Must be able to scrub (RN scrubbing skills preferred)
- Must have Meditech Expanse experience (strongly preferred)

- Certifications:
- BLS (AHA)
- NBSTSA certification (NCCT not accepted)

- Additional Requirements:
- Must have own vehicle – FIRM requirement
- Traveler must not reside within 50 miles of the facility (“Local” travelers will NOT be considered)
- Dress code: Facility-provided scrubs
- 8-hour non-billable orientation
- Unit size: 8 beds
- All requested time off (RTO) and scheduling requests must be included at time of profile submission; no requests accepted after offer

- Skills checklist (current to within 1 year)
- 2 supervisory reference letters (from within last 2 years)
- Relevant licenses/certifications uploaded with profile
